We have houses, flats and apartments in Jesmond, Heaton, Sandyford and Gosforth to suit every need - whether it's location, price or size of property (or a combination of all three!)

All of our properties are well maintained and most have been recently redecorated with new fixtures and fittings.

All properties are furnished.

Every property has a washing machine (many have a washer dryer instead), fridge freezer (many have more than one), electric oven and a gas hob (a few have an electric hob instead),most have a dishwasher. Many have microwaves as well.

Standard bedroom furnishing is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, large study desk, and chair. We also provide appropriate wall shelving, curtains or blinds, and lighting.

All properties have a gas safety and electrical safety certificate. All HMO properties are routinely checked to ensure that fire safety standards are maintained.

The licensed HMO (houses in multiple occupation) properties comply with the high standards required by legislation and the City Council and are suited for larger groups (4, 5 or 6 tenants), providing a more safer and secure environment with sufficient facilities to reduce the problems associated with overcrowding.

We also provide an excellent property maintenance service to speedily and efficient deal with any problems that may arise.
